The first printing of this collection of poems, "designed, printed & bound by Noel Young & Graham Mackintosh." One of the curious design elements of this book is the title-page, printed on a half sheet the same stiff red paper of the covers and bound in to cover an illustration by Bukowski of a couple in a car.
This copy of the issue in wrappers (limited to 1,000 copies) is signed by the poet below the title-page sheet on the page with the illustration.
The paper covers overhang the fore-edge of the page block, and the wrappers have numerous short tears. There are also a few faint stains on the cover and a previous owners name and an obituary of Bukowski pasted to the inside front cover. Good overall.
Uncommon signed.
